We are committed to produce 100% of our products in-house using traditional French techniques. We are driven by passion and creativity.

Eran Mayer was trained in France at the prestigious Ecole Ferrandi, he operated a successful bakery in Paris which was ranked as one of the City’s top ten bakeries for its Baguette de tradition Française.

All our freshly baked breads are produced daily in our bakery using selected ingredients. Our breads are natural products. Handcrafted, each of them is a little different, with its unique shape and flavour.


We specialise in laminated dough treats using French methods. From the classic French butter croissant to more modern take-offs, our viennoiseries are hand rolled and prepared daily to guarantee freshness.


In our shop you will find a variety of gâteaux de voyage, cookies, biscuits and seasonal fruit tarts as well as savoury treats, all prepared in-house.


Through wholesale we share our savoir-faire. We propose quality breads, viennoiseries and pastries to restaurants, cafés and hotels.
